PAPER & PRINTING PROCESS
Most Stellar Blue stationery and invitiation products are printed on recycled 100 pound matte stock paper to ensure the highest quality on every order.
We offer a high resolution digital printing process where toner is laid down on the surface of the paper through a thermal process, and it has a slightly shiny look to it (even when the paper is not at all shiny). We sometime combine other printing processes such as offset lithography, thermography in our designs. Please see individual product descriptions.
Our company Web site is printed small and at the bottom of the back of our cards. With the exception of wedding invitations.
PROOFS If you want to view the card after we have has set the type and the photo(s) on your card and before it is printed, please make sure you select to have a proof added to your order. The proof will be sent by us via e-mail.
SHIPPING Please allow 5-7 days for the design and printing process. Stellar Blue uses UPS to ship your order.

RETURN POLICY
All of our notes are custom designed, and we do not accept returns. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly exchange your notes so that they correctly reflect your order.
UPLOADING PHOTOS
Clear good quality photos will guarantee the best printing results. Good lighting is very important. Always check your camera resolution settings and set it to at least four (4) megapixels or more. We will crop, eliminate red eye, brighten, sharpen, adjust color levels for best printing, or convert to black and white or sepia at no additional charge.
Digital Photo Submission Instructions: Use our online photo upload form or e-mail your digital file to nicole@stellarbluedesign.com after submitting your order and make sure your customer name and order number is in the subject line. Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request on the form or in your email.
Please note: Acceptable file formats are JPEG and TIF with a minimum resolution of 750 x 885 pixels. The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the digital image. Our designer may crop your image in order to make it fit properly. Please do not size the image before sending.
